The unit is easy to use and clean But

the milk warmer has a habit of dripping on to the hot plate while you are pouring the milk into a cup which leaves a mound of milk as it burns the milk as it hits the hot plate other than that it works fine.

Makes a great range of coffee, filter, cappucino, espresso and latte and not to difficult to master use of either.

Takes a while to take apart and clean. Jug for normal filter coffee is not very big and we have to put on extra jugs when entertaining. Also glass jugs not very sturdy. Spout broke off our glass jug next to metal rim in 1st week. Still waiting for a...
