I was disappointed because I like to brew a pot of coffee and expect the hot plate to stay on I.e. Until it is manually switched off. This one has a time switch and therefore if switches off.

We have had many such machines over the years as these products do not seem to be designed for daily use and break down after about 18 months. There is good clearance between the filter and the lid of the machine so the filter paper doesn't bend over...

It keeps my coffee nice and hot in the pot. Also I like how it beeps when it's finished brewing.

The jug does not pour well. It feels cheap on handling. Works well but I should have gone for the dearer option.

cheap & simple, but don't let that put you off......it makes a great cup of coffee and is so easy to use, best 1 on the market at this price, very happy with it & would buy again

Makes good coffee, could be slightly hotter but very easy to use and clean.

I just love the smell of filter coffee and the aroma button does the trick
