Provides good expresso or latte coffee at much cheaper price than many other coffee makers. Easy and quick to use and delivers nice hot coffee and milk frother very efficient as well. Tip for cleaning milk frother - put cup of clean water under and run...

Casing is plastic so not such an expensive finish - but cannot complain as very resonable price.

YOU CANT FIT A LARGE COFFEE CUP UNDERNEATH THE DISPENSER, ALTHOUGH YOU CAN FIT AN AVERAGE SIZED COFFEE CUP UNDERNEATH. CLEANING THE MILK STEAMER SPOUT IS A LITTLE TRICKY.

If your fussy, a little messy with drips on drip tray

Compact, doesnt take up too much space. Quick to make a drink. Frother very good. Easy to clean.

Frother arm could be a bit longer. Could have a bit more space for a mug instead of a small cup.

Produces an excellent espresso for the price. I am on my third machine (one is at work and the previous one developed a serious leak after four years of use!). The machine is simple to use - it has the same guts as more expensive machines.
