I have use the slicer 1 time and that one time I knew that I had puchesed a good quality item. I can see meny years of use from this slicer. The blade is sharp and the platform is stabel, it is easy to clean and the suction cups hold the slicer firm.

Overall, it works well (better with meat cold) but blade is not as sharp as I would have liked. A little hard to clean, but I still works well enough for at home!

for the price in comparision to the others I looked at, I don't believe you could get a better machine. Easy to work and not hard to clean.
