Easy to clean because of the removable/reversible plates - although the actual lock could work a tiny bit more smoothly. I love my new kitchen gadget, it was worth shelling out the extra money for this particular item! :-)

I bought this to replace a george foreman grill which broke after 5 months, much superior in build quality and features. Easy to clean and the drip tray is neat and well designed. definatley worth the extra money, especially with the 3 year warranty.
