Keeps the fat in the tray and not in your belly!!

I won't say cleaning, because I knew when purchasing that the plates were not removable. A tip though is to soak the plates with wet kitchen paper towel (if possible whilst still warm), leave for a few minutes then wipe with a non abrasive wet sponge...

Easy to use - I got it for my elderly father and he finds it very easy to use. Good value for money.

We use it all the time for toast, vegetables and veggie burgers etc. Quick to heat up and cooks the food well.

Can't wash properly (but scraping the grill a bit is enough for most food)
