Nice looks; above-average MP3 support; good video performance.
Annoying remote; subpar menus; no coaxial audio output; no aspect-ratio control; must switch between S-Video and component-video outputs.
The DVD953AT outputs a good progressive-scan picture, but you can probably find a better bang for your buck.

Inexpensive progressive scan DVD player with MP3 playback capability.
Remote control, audio quality, menu, and ease of use all suffer.
