After only 3 weeks machine broke and had to have a new main board fitted, could not have another new machine so to have the main part replaced at this stage is appalling.

despite being a reverse action model, clothes get tangled up

Build quality not as good as my last one. Difficult to fit in large plates

Since the fire scare with these condenser dryers, I rarely use it, when I do I make sure I'm home! Very slow to dry has to be on for hours...would not recommend.

Only bad point which I suppose is a huge one! Is that it could possibly burst into flames at any time! Still waiting for someone to " modify" it, had no mention of a refund or exchange for a different model, had no information apart from that it can be...
