I purchased this phone and within one week of owning it found several issues. When I use the speakerphone button, I cannot toggle the phone between speaker and no speaker. Once I press speakerphone, I am stuck using it for the remainder of the call....

user interface is a pain. older panasonics would allow the review of caller ID by just scrolling down, with this one you have to select it with the OK button. just adds a step that is unnecessary. I'm also not impressed with the range of the DECT6.0....

Returned first phone when it would not show that a new voicemail message was recieved. Panasonic tech support said the phone was defective. Newegg sent me out another quickly. The new one still did not work. I live the northeast and use Fairpoint....

The Panasonic phone is solid, but not impressive. It has an ear plug jack, is lightweight and has a nice finish. I love the mute button. It has big, easy to use and see buttons. It does not interfere with my wireless devices and has a long battery...

The range of the phone when away from the base is not as long as I would have liked. People I talk to complain of a bit of distortion,when I use my basement phone upstairs

Sound quality very good. Excellent features. Not as much range as my previous Panasonic phone, but the extra handset solves that problem. Very easy to set up, good owners manual

The New Voicemail indicator does not work. Called Panasonic tech support and they determined the phone was defective. RMA'ed to NewEgg and will add to this review, if necessary, when the replacement arrives

Works as promised. Good quality crisp sound, long battery life of the handsets. Solved the problem of wireless interference on my old 900mz phones

No option to keep the handset off-hook when put back in the base. I am a big speakerphone user with 2+hr calls and it would have been nice to be on speaker handfree while the phone is upright in the base and not have to worry about battery draining
