I love GE phones. They have a "format" button to easily add or remove the 1 in front of a long distance number. This pair of phones is clear and functions well

The phone has a serious design flaw. When I balance the phone on my shoulder, the phone hangs up. I suspect the "talk" button is either poorly located or too sensitive

Makes a great paper weight.
