Digital Spectrum MemoryFrame MF-8104 Premium

 

Wireless photo sharing is nice, but this frame's performance doesn't justify its price.

Great photo quality. 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi connectivity. Displays images from Flickr, Microsoft Live Spaces, and Webshots online photo services. 256MB internal memory. Video and MP3 playback. Clock. Remote control.

Expensive. Interface could be better. Sluggish response. Lengthy boot-up time. No file-folder structure.

There are better out there

 

I had ordered the Ipevo digital frame before this one, and didn't like it's physical looks. I then got this frame. But picture quality, wireless management, and overall ease of use has me returning this frame.

Great for web sharing

 

Wish the manufacturer had opened up to global IT standards and not single in on Microsoft Windows XP/Vista only.

This is like a PDA running WindowsCE which can connect to photo sharing web sites to pull in photos to display

This is all very Microsoft oriented. I run a Linux network at home. Most of the functionality rendered useless because of that ... and is why I brought the frame back to the store
