I've updated to windows 10 and still getting use to the upgrade. it works ok but not as fast as I would like. I'm thinking, new is better then refurbished will not be my next choice.

A very simple installation (although you do have to back up all your files beforehand). Customer Service was very helpful. Went from XP to Windows 7. Couldn't be happier.

Do not buy this product or any refurbished computers from Joy Systems at Walmart. They break down after warranty expires. Money gone down the drain.

The computer itself is a good product especially for the price, and has worked perfectly but, be warned, you will have to provide your own keyboard and mouse since the ones that come with it are absolute junk. The keyboard went crazy after a few days...

Great unit, Windows not so great. I would recommend those that buy this, put Ubuntu 64bit on it, replacing Windows. It isn't that easy to do, as Dell and Microsoft make it hard to get rid of Windows, but it is possible. Email me if you would like to...
