This was the easiest computer ever to install. plug in the power cord and it's ready. Took 2 minutes. Best computer I have owned yet...and I have owned quite a few.

This has been a very easy computer to use and set up. I would highly recommend it.

Upon receipt…DVD drive not funtional (needed to be sent back), froze 3 times first couple hours of use…Not impressed, i liked their little laptop, not a big fan of this product for the above stated reasons.
