HD is slow relative to the rest of the system. Easily upgraded to a 7200 or better drive. Thus far the supplied 5400 is still noticeably faster than my old system but sure that will change as it fills

Graphics card could be better, but for what I am doing it is adequate ; 300W power supply means you are pretty limited in terms of upgrades. Changing the power supply will be difficult as there isn't a whole lot of free space inside the case
