By giving this a 5 rating, I'm not saying it is perfect. But it is a much better toaster than most people own already for a lot of reasons, and the $50 price tag is phenomenal. I can't comment on durability because it is new to me.

It looks great in my kitchen, and it's so easy to use. I love all the buttons and settings. It toasts accurately at each setting, and is easy to clean.
