Takes a while to heat up so you have to remember to give the first things that you toast a bit longer.

Does what it is meant to do, toasts on both sides with the added advantage that it keeps the toast warm, perfect..!

Easy to use, toasts very evenly and even my husband makes crumpets to perfection. Looks lovely too-nice and solid

A cancel button would be great to stop the timer keep running. Too expensive for what it is. I got one because of my Tesco's double up vouchers so in fact I paid a lot less then the actual price.
