I like the shape and it toasts evenly.

Disappointed that the 'chrome ' levers are just thin plastic . They seem flimsy and if they break the product will look horrible.

Bagel button!! You've gotta be able to toast your bagels properly. It looks fabulous and performs well - golden brown soft toast.
