So glad I chose Richer Sounds. They were extremely helpful with great advice over the phone and by email. They helped me pick a turntable amps and speaker package which sounds better than I could have imagined.

Does the job, looks good (though black version picks up lots of finger prints!). An entry point deck, but that's fine.

Absolutely love the look , feel and style of the Project 1. I have not had a belt drive for a very long time so took a bit of getting used to but its very simple to use and plays beautifully.

Great turntable for the price. The only thing I wish is that the speed-changing process was a bit less clunky (having to lift the glass and mat off, which pulls the spindle out). But apart from that, does a great job!

the issues I have are you need to buy a Q-UP to return the stylus from the end of the record other wise it carries on and ruin the stylus.You need to buy a Q-up to stop it which is extra cost. and you have to switch it off to stop the turntable to take...
