NOT ONLY CAN I NOT PROGRAM THIS TO GO TO THE NATIONAL PARKS LISTED BELOW, NEITHER CAN MAGELLAN CUSTOMER HELP - THEY JUST GAVE UP ON ME AND TOLD ME TO REPORT IT ON THEIR SITE. THEY SAID THAT MAYBE THEIR MAP SUPPLIER WILL UPDATE IT ON THE NEXT REVISION

"Colossal Waste of Money! Buy *anything* else!"

 

This happened to me with 2 units! When I attempted to contact customer service the first several times, they told me to have patience and that a fix was coming. When my patience grew thin, they offered to replace it with a unit that costs half as much....

None. Seriously.

Took at least 10 minutes each time to program an address due to sluggishness. Often had to turn the unit off and then on again because it would "hang." Nearly unresponsive touch screen. Directions lag behind my actual position.

It simply does NOT work as advertised, you can't reach tech support in a reasonable amount of time and when you do reach them they can't seem to figure out what the problem is in order to fix it. Speed limits are important in town as well as the...

It only took 15 minutes to get customer service to agree to a full refund including shipping.

45 miutes to reach tech support, an hour and a half with the techie, and NO solution to the problem.
