Slow. Had to get some pre-installed rubbish removed before I could use it with my existing software.

For it's price it's a good computer suitable for most games. Preinstalled Norton Security 30 day trial so I had plenty of time to get set up without worrying about surfing the internet unprotected.

preinstalled acer software was of no real use and could be considered bloatware.

The computer correctly identified all of the peripherals that I wanted to use without having to install them from scratch.

I had to ring the helpdesk to find out how to connect the wireless mouse and keyboard. The keyboard does not have indicator lights to tell you when you have caps lock or num lock switched on. (You have to watch the screen instead.)The keyboard itself...
